We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions so you don't need to play the guessing game and wait for our reply. If something is missing please let us know!
HOW DO I STORE MY BISCUITS?
All of our biscuits are best stored at room temperature, out of the sun and away from heater vents, but not in your fridge. Even our biscuits cakes don't need to go in the fridge (think of all the things you don't need to shuffle around!).
HOW LONG WILL MY BISCUITS LAST?
If you have opted for heat sealed bags your biscuits will last up to 12 weeks. If they are being used for a platter (and given to you un-bagged) or if they have been individually tied they are best to be consumer within 24 - 72 hours to ensure they taste their best! But they will last a little longer if you can't get through them.
Biscuits cakes are best consumed within 24 hours but they will hold for a little longer if you can't get through it all at once. Biscuit cakes can be stored in the fridge if you are determined to eat the whole thing yourself, the decorations on top might not like the fridge though.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
We would appreciate you sending through as many details as possible so we can get back to you quickly with a quote.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. More details will be provided on your invoice, including payment options (hint - these are at the bottom).
DO YOU DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS?
Delivery in Kapunda and Nuriootpa is complimentary, if available. All other locations will incur a delivery charge or you are welcome to collect from us at no charge.
Postage is also available for our Fondant Biscuits, Royal Icing Detailed Biscuits, Biscuit Bouquets and DIY Kits. An additional charge will be applied for this.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
Vanilla Biscuit: flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder.
Royal Icing: icing sugar, egg white powder, colours + flavours (specific to your order).
Fondant Icing: icing sugar, glucose, vegetable shortening, glycerin, modified tapioca starch, sodium carboxymethyl, cellulose gum, tragacanth gum, natural and artificial vanilla flavour, acidity regulator, colour, preservative, emulsifier.
Biscuit Cake Icing: icing sugar, butter, vanilla extract, milk, colours + flavours (specific to your order).

CAN YOU CATER TO SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We are more than happy to help with this - gluten, dairy, nut, soy and egg free and vegan.
Please note that we are not registered under any special dietary requirement regulations so we can't guarantee that it will be 100% free of allergens. All ingredients are stored separately and items sanitised between uses so we try our best to accommodate these requests. Those with severe allergies unfortunately may not be able to have requests met.
ARE YOU A REGISTERED FOOD BUSINESS?
We certainly are! Our registration is with Light Regional Council and is renewed on an annual basis.
